Designed for individuals who are new to structured exercise and weight training. The primary goals during this phase are to establish a foundation of strength, improve movement patterns, and develop consistency in training. The programming typically focuses on fundamental exercises, gradually increasing intensity, and incorporating proper technique to prevent injury.

  • 8-12 Week Program

  • 2-3 Day weekly workout schedule (extra day $10 up-charge)

  • Progression tracking and nutrition logging in the app
